Times have certainly changed since Black Indian has “been in.” Not that the man has been in prison; rather, he has spent the last few years isolated in his own prism, purposely disconnected from the evolution of the hip-hop scene in the District, Maryland, and Virginia — collectively known as the “DMV.” |
